It has now been a little over a week since I took my last shot of testosterone.
I am taking note of some changes to keep an eye on.
Mentally I feel great. I'm still in great spirits and I'm staying motivated and focused on my goals. I've had many hearty laughs with Lisett over the weekend and enjoyed time outside with the animals. I feel grateful.
Changes to keep a close eye on:
Muscle Soreness was felt after my chest workout which I haven't felt since starting this way of eating. The hamstrings and lower back stiffness started after a hamstring workout so it's possible I tweaked something during the workout.
I have been feeling extra tired in the mornings which makes it more difficult to get my day started. Considering I'm also feeling stiff, is that causing the fatigue or are both of these signs of low testosterone?
Weakness – Again, is it fatigue or low testosterone?
I'm planning on pushing through the fatigue and making sure to set up a time to get activity every morning whether it be a weight training session or a run/walk outdoors. Exercise raises testosterone so I need to push through and get it done.
Variable to consider:
I had added a new supplement into my daily regimen that consists of 10 different mushrooms, which could also have been the cause of the above symptoms. I will stop taking the supplements for the next week or so to take notice of any changes.
This diet is meant to be an elimination diet to see which foods are causing an inflammatory response, therefore, the symptoms may also have been a reaction to the new food being introduced.
Conclusion:
I will be more strict with my diet and eat mostly beef and eggs this week.
I will eat more food this week, I may have been under-eating. (I need to buy steak this week)
I will stop taking my mushroom supplement.
I will work out or move my body every day at 9am.
I will focus on getting to sleep before 11pm.
