Your Thoughts Create Your Reality

How much thought do you put into your thoughts?

Are you allowing your thoughts to control your day on autopilot?

By default our thoughts run wild and without proper attention, they will often fall into a negative thought pattern.

Our ego is that little voice in our head that tells us that we're not good enough, that we're not smart enough, that people don't care or like us. The ego is the devil on your shoulder.

To create the reality that we desire, we need to quiet that voice as often as possible. We need the angel on the other shoulder to be our dominant voice.

Why is this important?

It's essential to know that your thoughts create your reality.

It's a superpower that we all possess, but if you're not controlling it, the ego will control it for you.

If you tend to blame others for where you are in life, or if you believe nothing ever good happens to you, well, you are creating the burden of proof.

The BETDAR cycle goes like this:

Our Beliefs affect our Emotions. Our Emotions affect our Thoughts. Our Thoughts affect our Decisions. Our Decisions determine our Actions. Our Actions create our Results. Our Results confirm our Beliefs.

To put it simply: Change your thoughts and you change your reality.

Begin by believing that you are abundant.

Believe that good things happen to you and for you. By believing you start to feel better, more hopeful, more happy. This in turn makes you focus your thoughts on good and happy things. Since like attracts like you will start attracting more good into your life like a magnet. The decisions you make, and actions you take, will create new results that will now affirm new beliefs that are in alignment with positivity.

It takes practice. The ego wants to fight back. The ego is always there to try to pull us back into our old ways and comfort, but when you continually practice gratitude and appreciation, it becomes easier over time to get back to the good feelings.

We can be our own worst enemy or we can be our best friend.

Our higher self only knows love, so the more time we spend loving; ourselves, other people, or things in our life, the closer we get to being the version of us that our higher self has been urging us to find. (or remember)

We are limitless spiritual beings having a human experience.

Practice controlling your thoughts daily. Affirmations can also be helpful for when the ego is being a bully.

You can control your thoughts which means you control your reality.

Harness your superpower to live the life you've always desired.
